This map reminds me first scenario of Dungeon Campaign, where Realag was to beat other competitors after a month in small arena.
You will have similar feeling here. Whoever engages in conflict at the very end, will be most likely the winner.
At the first impression you have plenty of time to be prepared. In spite small area, there is lot of places to visit and buff yourself. Among with memory mentor and spell library. In the beginning you can see that your garrison is guarded well (99 archangels + 99 upgd devils). There will be much time until enemy beats them up - you could think.
However this is just impression. Map maker did one thing that I must consider as a design flaw. For some reason there are two ways to reach your empire (and your opponents). Previously mentioned garrisons or red key guard. Each fraction has their own garrison. So beating garrison will grant you access only to one empire (for example yours). Getting red key will grant you access everywhere, and what is most interesting: without beating garrisons. To get red key you have to beat some phoenixes one time, which is easier than beating 99 angels and devils each time. After that you got instant access to all other empires.
Considering this may I ask, what is the purpose of these garrisons? They were never attacked and were easy to bypass.
Personally, this small overlook spoiled a bit all the fun I could potentially have in this map. However it was not that bad since it took some time for enemy to kill phoenixes. Of course not much time, and I didn't manage to visit all places in my small empire before they came. And when they came, it was all over because you must have engaged in a conflict. Map is ultra small, so "either them, or you". Like in Raelag campaign..
If above issue will be resolved one day, this map may bring you much of fun. If not, you may be a bit frustrated why this all has ended so quick..
I have also found one bug: red player's military post (dwelling) is inaccessible.
