Правда так и не понял, как добраться до коричневого. Так понял, что где-то либо книга магии воздуха, либо заклинание нужное, но не стал до конца разбираться и построил грааль. Подобные карты с головоломками лучшие. Жду еще. Спасибо за проделанную огромную работу

Also jabarkas took a town portal and is now top right (used cheat to find him) in the necro area so I can't get the cove town.

Jabarkas and the other pink barbarians will use the town portal and go to the hell area where pink necro is.
As for Kilgor i have no idea what happened.He will stand still in town i don't have an explanation of how he died.The imprisoned hero is also optional.

The last halfing is between the four cacti in front of The Library town.
The fairy is in the swamp area above Tazar's fortress.
As for the leprechaun...well it is supposed to be almost impossible to find.It is not mandatory for completing the map.

There is another entrance to hell that does not require to kill osi.But either way you must go in there.
As for the order of killing enemies it is mostly up to you.The endgame bosses will probably have stronger armies than you so making use of the good old blind/berserk/force field is crucial.

If you're using HD mod (and everyone should!), you can open the quest log and simply click on a quest to be shown exactly where the hut is, making this a non issue! :)

They are not exactly teal gates. They are a quest gates, therefore you need to click on them precisely, cannot go through without taking the quest (which is "belong to teal player")
