Ore mine is blocked by a guard that seeks first aid tent, that I don´t have. A couple of weeks later another hero with much higher stats and army attacks me and I lost

Look in the tavern. Monere and Ribendrob start with the first aid tent.

You're right, it's a very difficult battle. I just managed to beat them after trying maybe 15 times. I don't want to spoil for you and others, so i'll just give a very preliminary hint.
Hint - You can win the battle, but you can't beat your opponent. Think about using your walls.

Very tough battle. I still can't win it.
I know that I need to destroy the Ballista but can't control or kill Cyclops and Thunderbirds. What am I missing?
