If you are looking for this one, then all you need to do is to summon a ship when you are standing where the upper border guard was (of the 2 on the right side).

Moving ahead will take you to a very rich area;to avoid
that hero to rampage your towns,you have the option to dig holes all the places he can land.keep in mind that is very dangerous to come back without taking a town in underworld(that hero can come to underground and ruin your quests)
Visit stable at beginning of the week,take a boat,light the troll area then land near by.Next day waterwalk to the troll,complete the quest to receive charm of mana,then you can continue your journey.You can dig holes before doing this so Omnar can not land.When you land toward the red teleport,Omnar can not follow you (he doesn't have scuttle boat spell);explore the underground and don't come back without taking a town.Don't use summon boat while you are doing all this,the blocking boat may disapear and Omnar will follow you in underground.First tent you will unlock is red,later brown and much later the green one

The problem is, the enemy hero (orange hero) only opens the gate on the third day. That means, that I only have the fourth day to pass the gate.

You must kill the brown one, take the hat and stand on the temple.
On 1.1.2, orange should open the passage and go to the mill. On 1.1.3 you pass. At 1.1.4. hand over the quest.
Perhaps you are doing something wrong.

Thank you for the answers! I realised what was my mistake (at the end of the first day i left my hero in the temple, that is why the orange hero did not come earlier).
