Aeons ago, eight races existed on a small continent, where the land was divided equally into shares to avoid conflict. However, the Dwarven King and a Human Prince forged an underhanded plot to take over all eight factions for themselves. A terrible war ensued, and many people died. At the end, wizards from all eight kingdoms agreed to seal their lands in separate dimensions in order to prevent further bloodshed. Eventually, the powers used to create the seal were tampered with, and an underground passage suddenly connected the once forgotten neighbors. Now you, as King, must ensure that your people won't be taken advantage of-- by conquering your opponents!

I was testing this map with an AI, I know I'm late to the party, and it brought a knight through the underground entrance in my area in the last day of week 2. He had a damn decent army as well, though he turned tail. Other than that, the map looks and feels epic, but that's still a possible week 3 rush, by the AI no less.
Author: Daphne (USA), 29-02-2008 20:57 Great for fast paced multiplayer hot seat games I know that due to ridiculously long loading times, even on LAN connections, multiplayer maps aren't always popular. However, if you want to play multiplayer tournament style anyway, or want to play hotseat with family and friends, this is a fantastic map. It's meticulously balanced, with a variety of different strategies that could lead to a win, for those who are heavy builders, and those who are aggressive conquerors (like me).
So again, if you want to verse off against your friends and see who the real strategy champion is, download this map. If you want to have fun with a couple people and have a lot of time to get to the endgame, again, you will love this map. However, if you are looking for an "RPG style" map, built for one player, this is absolutely the wrong map for you.

If have played through it and hated it please give me the reasons why. This is the only way I can make better maps
