Author: Grzemek (Warsaw, Poland), 25-12-2013 04:29 The struggle of player 1 Hey! I had multiple attempts to start this map as I was cast off by the sand area around my Sylvan city as player 1. To my horror, that was not the most severe feature-once I have used the one-way portal with my main hero and 46 Hunters on week 3/4, to the island with numerous gold mines and two obelisks, I found out that, to my horror, There was no way to proceed to my town! The only teleport was leading to the another island w/o a shore/teleport/stair s, so i could only grab two artifacts guarded by a horde of guards, wait for a Week spawn to die to it, lose my whole army and repurchase the hero at tavern with 3 Pixies and 6 Blade Dancers.
I find such closed areas very disruptive and as I am a rather timid player when it comes to new maps, it further discourages me from exploring any symmetry-breaking/su btly yet fully balanced maps.

Author: David (Sydney, AU), 21-06-2010 10:25 Not a fan Whilst I agree with the other comments on the maps good points; lack of symmetry, not knowing where the next attack will come from & well balanced.
I could not get into it because;
I found the terrain horribly bland.
Vast vacant areas.
Crazy lighting (I changed it via editor).
Having so many strong artifacts close to starting bases created a 'lottery' ie, the quality of artifacts varied greatly (played hotseat) one player had ring of speed, both useful boots, an artifact merchant the other had multiples of the same artifact and no artifact merchant?
Author: Helena (The Netherlands), 18-06-2010 21:43 Wonderful I agree with the other comments. It's an exciting and surprising map. I especially like the lack of symmetry. It does mean that you have to save and reload many times but I don;t care. Also, the size means it plays fast. Very good indeed!
Author: Roy (USA), 15-06-2010 19:50 Well Done A most enjoyable map. I know Necromancers have the advantage but I played Sylvian and played cautiously. You never know when an enermy army might come from another direction. Keep up the good work.
Author: elion (russia), 14-06-2010 11:51 Very Good! A very nice map, well-balanced and entertaining. It was a good idea putting equal artifacts for every race easy to obtain them. Necromancers are all piled together on one island - the more challenging! If you don't know the map, you never know where you will be if you dare to jump into the portal. Me personally had sheer good luck fighting as a necromancer (Lucretia) and capturing all necromancer castles first... Waiting for the next one, Freund! By the way, Cosso Ariva Mabel-A Bao Ri Del - what's the language? Dark Elvish?
