Nine thousand years ago, a man named Al Farabi ibn Rushd found a lamp with a genie. He wasted all his desires, but realizing his mistake, he made the last thing - to become the most powerful genie in the world. Having received great power, he finally went over to the side of Evil, starting the seizure of all free lands.
Then people turned to the last light genie with a request to free them from the yoke of Al Farabi. Amar ibn Algazali, and that was the name of the genie, had not left his lamp for a long time. However, he could not calmly watch how Evil was gradually trampling on Good. With the help of cunning, he imprisoned Al Farabi in the Black Lamp.
Realizing that the perfect world of the lamp is boring compared to the imperfect reality, Amar decided never to return to it again. He was unaware that the monarchs who asked him for help were plotting evil. If Amar defeated Al Farabi, the strongest genie in the world, they reasoned, then he could seize power by overthrowing us ... With the help of black magic, Amar was forever imprisoned in his own lamp. Year after year, the genie was in agonizing anticipation, gradually losing strength and forgetting spells, since the spell of oblivion was cast on him.
The contemporaries of the battle of the two genies composed hymns about it, but after nine thousand years, everyone considered the legends of the great confrontation to be just a beautiful fairy tale.
Once a tired traveler scooped up water from a well and pulled out a black lamp in a bucket. Strange letters covered the curiosity, but algae prevented them from being seen clearly. The unfortunate man rubbed his find, and no one has heard anything about him or his village since ...
Amar woke up from a long sleep, feeling that a great evil had returned to the real world. Imagine his joy when he discovered that over the millennia the lamp had lost its former strength. The genie strained the rest of his strength and threw off the hated shackles.
Freedom went to Amar at a high price: now that the lamp was destroyed, he lost his immortality.
