I just dont understand how some Authors can upload a map without any checks or testing. makes me think how many more errors are there if this happens on day 2.

Let me explain. Thank you for pointing this out, but it is not an error. The lumber mill and ore pit are blocked due to an earthquake the player is told about. The quest for the factory player is to play around this. You ger a lot of Wood and ore by clearing the starting area. And tbf I did my test playthrough using Factory so it should work. Hope you will try again and let me know if something needs to be fixed :)
Now thats a new one for me. I never came across any map with a mine to be put there deliberately inaccessible. But if you say it mentions it in the story then thats a very interesting move. i would prefer for that sort of thing not to happen but lets keep playing and see how it goes
