There are a couple of relic items in the map including the Horn itself, to pass the gate, you must complete other quests scattered across the islands, it's mostly intended as a side-quest for green as they have fewer towns and most likely an admiral's hat.

Thanks for the reply! we looked everywhere for the relics/side quests but couldn't find them. Are they in the green territory?

The quest huts are located on islands or reefs North, South, e.t.c. of your main town, the closest one gives you a bit of text hinting at the bigger quest for the Horn. One can be found through the portal to the West. I consider most Islands to be greens domain with a bit of Navigation.
Author: Roboto (United States), 15-01-2021 11:21 Not a well balanced map - A Clash of Crowns First run with Red on Expert was way too easy. Then I took a look at the starting positions for each color. Red gets 3 starting towns while some of the others only get 1 and have even worse defensive position despite all players being human playable.

Well it's not intended to be horizontally balanced, more asymmetrically, all starting areas are very different, so you might have less difficulty with some. In my AI tests, red does poorly, due to their adjacency to every one, but if you consider them too good, despite that, I'll take the feedback.
