Go to the Town Hall with the Grail in the inventory of the hero. The game will prompt you to build the structure.

I personally used the diplomacy skill to get some strong troops for the good fights in the end, but they would have been possible only with magic only too. Thanks for your effurt, enjoyed the map a lot!

Thank you for playing! Diplomacy indeed is very powerful on the map. You can have good stacks join you, but so can the AI :)
Magic is possible (I did that on my own run) once you get a good amount of power ups.

There is an update on the way (version 1.4) that fixes, adjusts and adds a few things like more players, fixed issues, balance and things to do on the map.
Maybe you'd like it for a later time.
