Hmm, I always go there asap. OK, I sarcifice some fangarms, but then I can farm much more in fights with legions of dendroids and Dendroid Lord himself, with frenzy, fight is quite easy. Then I exchange fangarms for sharpshooter, it really boost my army in first phase.

With it, you can easily defeat the Demoniac, as the artifact prevents casting spells of level 3 and above. However, be careful because it will also prevent your Fangarm from using hypnosis on enemies.
After defeating him, you can proceed to the frozen lands to rescue Dracon (you will need the "Summon Boat" spell). Head behind the windmill in the area where you defeated the Demoniac; there is a hidden path leading to another sea area.
Here, you must find two things:
A treasure located on a secret ghost ship (when you find it, it will be guarded by thousands of ghosts — look for bushes on the sea to find paths leading to the ship). Once you locate the ship, don’t forget to continue searching nearby for a secret passage to learn the "Water Walk" spell.

- have not played Gelu and Hota 1.0
- wanted to find a challenging map, I guess it is accomplished xD
- without knowing anything about the map, I started the game and messed up many things at first run, then i started again, then I am stuck, so I am here for some
help
- map version 1.7.1
- hota version 1.7.2
- at 134 Nagash is dead
- freed Wisdomer from prison (blue territory, east from my starting bias), got some stats as well, did not open Tazar's kingdom
- at 226 Cyra is killed
- found Golder with Runner via the secret path
- underground elf castle (New Dawn) is acquired at 323
- Elmore is dead at 334
- Jenova is dead at 337
- Nomad is dead at 342
- stats of Gelu in time of acquiring New Dawn --> 27 / 23 / 18 / 21
- got only the standard easily acquirable artifacts, nothing fancy: 2pcs of Centaur's Axe, couple of Equestrian's Gloves, BootsOfSpeed, Diplomat's Rings,
PendantOfCourage, SandalsOfTheSaint, Wayfarer'sBoots, ShacklesOfWar, RingOfOblivion, Recanter'sCloac and many other not too fancy ones
- most used spells: haste, slow, tp, sacrifice, teleport (have not acquired yet Forgetfulness)
the problem:
- I am not strong enough to beat niether Ivor, Calh or DendroidLord
- NomadShooter will come at 416, moreover the demoniac guy at the south-west (who spams Armageddon all the time) is also out of my reach
- so I am stuck regarding what to do :/
- after killing Nomad, 11k+ Sharpshooters I have and 2k+ Fangarms
- the elf castle at the North desert is already acquired by nomads
- the QuestGuard from the underground back to Tazar's Kingdom opens at 421 so I cannot go back to kill Bronn and Tazar and get the Sharpshooters and the
Enchanters
- in the meantime the Fangorn stack is far far low
possible solution:
- I need to get back in timeline until the point when I acquired New Dawn
- Runner should kill the Pit Lords in the island South from Jenova and gather as many WoodElf/GrandElf/Sharpshooters as possible here-and-there
- then instead of fighting with Elmore and Jenova immediately with Gelu, I should go back to farm a couple of Nomads at the Eastern desert for Fangarms
- then get back with a really good stack of Fangarms and Sharpshooters, kill Nomad, acquire the 7000 Sharpshooters from Seer's Hut, farm DendroidLord, Jenova,
Elmoore and Ivor
- then probably I have a chance to fight with Nomad with around 15k+ Sharpshooters and 30k+ Fangorns
- and then get back to kill Bronn and Tazar and gather the Sharpshooters and Enchanters
before I start the execution of my plan, I came here to ask for your help/validation, about:
- is what I thing the right sequence of moves
- what am I missing
- how about my troops
- and also for some friendly advice, to really get this map going
I admit that, I already have played around 48hrs with the map, during my holidays since 25.04.2025, and I thing I am at the right track, but missing some bits and peaces :/

I have already found the cloak, but it seems I should pay more attention to the messages that are put in front of me --> Dracon is mentioned + Recanter's cloak is also + favourable winds lead to the armageddon demoniac = you should go there bro xD

you should have almost no losses in all your fights..from what you wrote it sound like you already had some..
you dont need to fight dark demon immediatelly.. there is a secret path behind one of the windmills. there is a lot to explore behind that
you should get all the admirals hats asap. it saves you a lot of time. it will be difficult without losses (of the main stacks) but its possible

About losses: I tried to be cautious, to only increase the numbers of the Sharpshooters. Was successful almost 100%ly, but it is not the same with the Fangarms. the "farming" of them was not going that well, as planned. Was able to preserve (slightly increase) at least their numbers, but lost many "new spawns during the fights" with Elmore, Jenova and Nomad. Moreover there are a few places where a couple of thousands go in exchange of Sharpshooters.
Basically my main tactics in these fights is:
- with few speedy units, block the opponents shooters and main stacks
- use slow+haste
- then Sharpshooters do the heavy lifting
- and occasionally the Fangarm main stack can hypno the opponent
- and new spawns can retreat
but it does not go always that well.
There is nothing to left, but to improve my style, which has already begun since the beginning of the map, so glad about I started :)
Anyways, I am gonna go back in timeline, when Gelu is teleported to New Dawn, and get to work again on Elmore and Jenova, but first gonna "loot" a couple of worthy places with Runner.

Sharpshooters should mainly serve as your early- to mid-game force. After defeating the Magic Queen, your main army should shift to Fangarms, with Sharpshooters providing secondary damage support. Enchanters will also play a similar supporting role. You can free him quite fast, immediately after getting to New Dawn. He can board off ship, there is one spot, you do not need to wait to buy him back from tavern. It is 6th month in game time and I already have 2,5 M liches and most of map cleared. It is definately too OP and I suggest removing this option, otherewise many players may think this is the way you should play this map (with necro hero) and will loose most of game experience.

somebody said you need to kill him by defending in the castle, and after killing wraiths just quick combat, saying AI doesn't cast spells in quick combat.
BIG LIE, because it did not work for me, he still used teleport. i don't know if 500 sharpshooters are not enough for Cyra or i just missed some tactic

Author: dg (Serbia), 19-04-2025 13:21 no - GELU and hota 2.0 brother there is no time for all of this, i had to sacrifice upper part of starting region in order to take all the stats in the swamp in time, and even then couldn't manage to take all of it, because Undead keeps taking my town and i need to come back and reset the 7 day timer. and when i came back from tazar's palace it was the last day and i had to beat cyra with 500 sharpshooters and 100 fangrams which is impossible

my suggestions are:
clearing everything in the area around your starting rampart
taking all the stats in the swamps and the area right of it behind the red border guards (but dont let blue out)
open quest guard near tazars palace at 2,2,1
take 300 sharpshooters there
now you can go back and fight cyra
take the other rampart
there is a hidden passage right from the rampart
so you can go north take another rampart and then go through the subterranian gate to the big desert
run through the whole desert to visit dark blue keymasters tent
then run all the way down from the second rampart to the boat behind the light blue border gate
sail to the area between two sanctuaries
go through the subteranian gate
go right to the rampart called new dawn
this will be your permanent home (but you also will be attacked here from time to time)
overall playing this map without editor or without at least opening the map before playing is a real pain in the ass imho

I wrote it and nope that's not a lie. With quick combat you finish the fight immediately so you can't even know if he used teleport or not. You probably confuse it with autocombat. And yes in autocombat he uses teleport.

i have to take back the thing with ai dont cast spells while quick combat. only the own player ai dont cast spells, enemy ai do cast spells.
but i know now why he teleports. as he has no water magic he cant teleport over walls so you have to have at least citadel so he cant teleport stuff to you.
but tbh the author already said down below that you have to build a castle.
also its better to destroy the catapult with the first shot. but it wont always be possible depending on what stats and secondary skills you will have at this moment.

- I couldn’t win the racing thing, but I guess that didn’t matter.
- i couldn’t figure out how to deal with all the red heroes that started popping up after killing the efreets
- i didn’t kill mrdrake but i would assume that should’ve been possible given i had about 1 million fangarm
- all my fg died to the grail guard but i barely made it through with 10k titans somehow recruitable from titan palace

the map has a big potential to be a good successor of the first part but is atm far from ready imho.
here are some notes and suggestions i did during the game:
- quest guard at 142 76 0 should open 3 days earlier
- jenova +5 defense
- slasher should be reachable with boat or waterwalk
- magic queen +5 attack
- forgetter +20 defense
- seers hut at 198 134 0 is not reachable
- angelic alliance at 55 134 0 should be deleted. if the above mentioned seers hut is reachable you can assemble the angelic alliance from parts
- lord nomad +10 all stats
- blesser +10 defense
- there has to be a hint that navigator should get waterwalk first before racing tracer otherwise he cant reach the town station
- as in the first map you shouldnt be able to play with necromancer as it completely destroys all of your ideas. with fly i could have reached oov. with dd i could have jumped to the grail area and finished the map immediately. also you shouldnt get all the op spells like blind and clone from him. yes you temporarily sacrifice a hero for the spells but still..
- strangedrake +10 defense
- all the golem factorys made no sense. my suggestion is: the seers hut at 2 190 0 has no quest. make a quest there: 6k diamond golems, 6k gold golems, 6k iron golems, 6k stone golems. as a reward 3k archangels.
- the seers hut at 179 100 0 also has no quest
- you forgot an "n" in immuners name
- neela, solmyr and golems all 99 stats
- dreadknight and licher left almost all of their creatures in the town so it was no problem to kill them. you should do sth about it
- purple keymasters tent should only be available after killing dreadknight. black keymasters tent only after killing licher
- 20 million gold at 49 1 0 and 55 1 0 completely destroy the moneymanagement and should be deleted
- i saw the placement of the grail long before i visited all of the obelisks. i suggest deleting the obelisks at 104 142 1 and 107 142 1 and place 2 obelisks in the grail area
- sandro also left some of the creatures in the town
- all of the diplomats rings had their purpose for opening the quest guards. all of the ambassadors sashes should also be used somewhere in a similar way
- sultan has no spellbook
- the black keymasters tent at 21 83 0 is not nessassery

I have updated the map according to your suggestions ( maybe admin will upload tomorrow ):
- The Necromancer is now fully playable (Dimension Door and Fly have been removed), but you have to defeat him. It’s quite challenging because his army grows weekly, unlike other optional bosses. By the time you gather enough giant Fangarms to crush him, you won’t even need his Liches to finish the game. Defeating him grants you access to a Seer’s Hut where you can trade Fangarms for Liches, but only up to 10 times. He now stands in the red hero’s position, replacing the previous “Wtf” hero.
Slasher is now accessible thanks to WW.
- Removed the Angelic Alliance at 55 134 0.
- Added an “n” to the name of the hero "Immuner."
- The Navigator is now required to have WW before participating in the race!
- Removed the black tent (it’s not that I didn’t care about what you said—I just kept it as a decorative element on the map, but if it bothered you, well… it’s gone now).

Necromancer will go between 2 dweeling each week that trigger event to grow his army. Navigator must have ww to enter race bc he cant get there with boat and ufreetin is just a bug, i upload a new version but admin didnt update,, that why i said maybe admin will upload tomorrow
