Astral the purple and final prisoner refused to come out. The cheat menu was disabled so I couldn't win if I wanted to. Make that quest guard a two way portal from purple's last town or something. (quest guard requires 9050 ores and the game gives purple 9999 ores at like day 131), but apparently the AI went and sold like 4k of the ores, making the escape impossible. Possible solution in-game was to GIVE the AI the required resources for him to break out, then you kick his ass (use scouting and spy on AI resources).
Still, map very very prone to bugs due to dumb AI. A lot of wasted effort on my part and not being able to win at all was lame.
