They're immune to forgetfulness, blind, berserk and virtually anything that could give me and edge, they mow down in no time any melee unit I send to block them and they make short work on my ranged units too. I could kill 10K and I was still nowhere close to beat them. Any tip?

Watched from the editor, there's a major flaw: you need to carry the boots of levitation to a certain town within 10 months... the problem being that these very boots are not even allowed in the scenario! And they aren't given by any trasure/quest hut or whatsoever. Or am I totally mistaken!?

But for my excuse, the first time I got to that pandora box (because, YES, I had found it. Not easy to get passed the liches, by the way. I found it a far more difficult fight than the final one...), for some odd reason, it didn't trigger the event, and I got no artifact in return. Now that I have tried it again, it did work, and I finished the game just after the very saving point after which, having previously failed, I had given up. ^^
Thanks for the map, then: though it's not the most brilliant I have played so far, it's still enjoyable. :-)
Ah! In case it interests anyone: 7 months 3 weeks.

Basic Effect

What should I do? Just try again and hope for some better luck?
