By "you traded them" you mean you gave it to some seer or guard? Or that you sold them on artifact merchant? If it's the first case, try opening map editor and serching a while(for boots or passage), but if it's second case, I seriously doubt the second pair can be found anywhere...

I think I beat this map once without any such boots, but I don't think I was able to again. I thought about fixing that but I didn't want to risk destabilizing the balance as it is.
