I had a glance over the map to see what the reason was for the way you chose the castles and I couldn't find one especially for Infreno..only 1 castle.
6 Gold mines in the same place with churches and 1 castle stuck to them? Big NONO.
I've started as barbarian just to find a free to take ore mine but no wood mine..like what?
Dude, if you put allot of effort into something, make sure it's fning close to briliant when you release it, otherwise don't.

Before taking the effort to write this comment, take a good look. The wood mine is at position 73,36 and the stones mine is at 61,56 if you don't happen to find it too. The game is not for players who have all the mines they need right away. That's the idea of the game. Each color has a different difficulty due to the lack of mines, and the position on the map of the main castle affects the difficulty. Six gold mines favors the player who has them contained and killing the pink one ends the game. Try to play and finish the map first and then criticize. But judging by your comment you are not an experienced player and can't do it.
