Now I took the 'hard' version and have everything on heroic. I did not struggle with money nor creeps so much but at turn 14 (before end of second week) I get attacked by an army with 6 titans, 50+ upgraded magi, etc. The ennemy hero also has air magic with 1K+ zone damage lighnting and mass air arrow (full range and lot of extra attack for all his archers).
I am unsure how I am supposed to beat that so early. Does this happen every time or was I just unlucky? Is there a way to prevent the AI to go and fight you so early or to fend it off?

This is not an easy map as the enemies arrive after a little over a week. You must quickly increase Tieru in level and troops.
One question though: are you using Heroes 7 in normal version or Heroes 7.5?
Indeed, the AI of Heroes 7.5 is much stronger than that of the initial version, and this will inevitably make the fights much more difficult.
I have played my map several times in the normal Heroes 7 version without much difficulty, but I can make a Heroes 7.5 version if you wish, please let me know.

I don't know if it changes the IA compared to 1.2 (the patch you advised for the map) but the ennemy heroes did have skills I usually take for myself as well as a strat I like to use but with some 10 times more troops and a few level ahead.

Hero skills are not a bug, they are intended.
In particular, Masfar has skills that allow him to quickly become a grand master in economics.
As for the dragons, they aren't that hard to beat, but maybe you've set the game to too high a difficulty.
I suggest you configure each AI to heroic level (on the left of the screen)
And configure the game as you wish (button down, slightly to the right of the screen). For example :
- starting resources: abundant
- neutral power: medium
- growth of neutrals: fast
Finally, there are two versions of the map, including an easier one if you have difficulty with the difficult version. ;)

I will also add that I was playing with Unofficial Community Patch 1.24 installed and the game suddenly crashed without any messages! Without this patch, on another Windows 7 system, the game went almost to the end!

When I finished the map, the Emperor was indeed weak, but I had managed to recruit a lot of Druids.
I left the emperor's armies like this so that players who hadn't used diplomacy to recruit the druids could complete the map.

Optimize the start of the game - Hunting for Tieru

It is abnormal that you have to fight 70 green dragons to gain access to Sylanna's seal.
To avoid this, I suggest:
1- Set the difficulty (bottom right) to "normal". If you want a finer adjustment (toothed wheel): power of the neutrals = medium, growth of the neutrals = medium or fast, no more.
2- At the start of the game, recruit one or two heroes and give their troops to Tieru. You can then take the stables and some places to the south. Come back before the end of the first day and go east to take the dwelling to upgrade your troops. Then return to the West, take the Treant's dwelling and reinforce your troops. You should then be able to quickly free Masfar and "clean" your entire perimeter in two or three weeks.
There are, initially, 16 green dragons that protect Sylanna's seal. Two weeks later, there shouldn't be more than 20. The blizard spell, cast by Tieru Grandmaster of Paragon and adept of water magic, will drastically slow the dragons and should allow you to release the seal!

In compare with the other two maps of yours, this was the easiest one, however much more time consuming. I couldnt defeat the pink player (right bottom corner) because I dont have the latest version of the game.
Overall very nice map. Keep on making this kind of stuff. Maybe you should try to use a different starting town and hero.. what about Dungeon.. ;)

The last time I tested this map before posting it here, I took 10 hours and finished in 4 months (M5 W5 D3) but wanted to test everything. I think there are no more bugs! ;-)
I also chose to decrease the difficulty because some players had found that the difficulty of my other maps was too high.
I can add the same map with a little more difficulty if some ask. :-)
I have a project to create a map with a starting castle that would not be that of the elves (several that I know IRL have asked me).

It looks like you used two skills of the hero Masfar:
- first of all finance which makes it possible to have significant gold inflows
- but also diplomacy to recruit wandering creatures.

Il semble que tu as utilisé deux compétences du héros Masfar:
- d'abord la finance qui permet d'avoir des rentrées d'or importantes
- mais aussi la diplomatie pour recruter les créatures errantes.
