This map is a death-match intended for 1-8 human/computer players. All 8 individual factions are featured in a customized arena. Wait turn time has been reduced depending on computer specifications and game settings.
Time passes in moments. Moments which rushing pass, define the path of a life just as surely as they lead toward its end. How rarely do we stop to examine that path? To see the reasons why all things happen. To consider whether the path we take in life is our own making. Or simply one into which we drift with eyes closed. But what if we could stop, pause to take stock of each precious moment before it passes. Might we then see the endless forks in the road that have shaped a life. And seeing those choices, choose another path.
Author: Gisburne (Sweden), 14-10-2011 16:26 Enjoyable! I downloaded this map, and when loading it and saw the "insane" amount of creatures in the heroes army, we were amazed, me and my girlfriend.
We have only started playing the map, but we really like it, even though it gets a wee bit repetitive. Never the less, it's way fun to play.
Thanks a bunch for making and sharing this map, Hellspawn! =D
Author: Astral76 (USA), 30-08-2010 04:11 Definition of Death Match A death match is a term taken from older games like Doom and Quake. It usually involves playing against other human beings online or in a LAN party. A death match was never intended to be played against the computer (the AI). In fact, this would defeat the purpose of a death match and nullify its true meaning. It is kind of like a duel with pistols against two people in real life, to be honest. Use Hamachi to play this game online against a friend or two. Or, start a LAN party and connect your ethernet cables.
Author: Astral (USA), 29-08-2010 02:27 Meant for Multiplayer only! If you read the readme file, it says specifically that this map was intended for human players. The fact that human/computer was said indicates both, indeed. Though, you might guess the true intentions. The AI has always been foolhardy in Heroes 5. Multiplayer style is the only way to play this map if you want a real challenge!

I went ahead and downloaded the zip from this site and installed it in my HV maps directory and it plays just fine.
