My question - have you banned Force field or I have chance to have it in one of the towns. Map editor says that is not forbidden in some towns, but I never met it so far

A map is good when you feel you can't stop playing it, but if difficulty is set constantly too high, if too many reloads, too much need to open editor, too much to survey every step, to ask help, then the desire to play is gone. Such mental challenges are not what I seek when taking a recreation in Heroes. Yet I consider the map exceptional and I would recommend it to those who enjoy this kind of game play, they will be well served.

The same opinion about difficulty of battles. I hate to fight 1000 Azzurs on cursed ground, that is a tort on me an absolutely not necessary.
One heavy part of the map I have developped with my friend Nautilus and I tested this map (with Angel Wings as rescue instrument) in the developping time. But I couldn't take friendship with these hard fughts. Better content with some very intelligent fights

If its the only way or some other way is not significantly faster i would recomend to add player like 2000 mana or so, to be able to cast ice bolt in most rounds. Battle tactic would be the same but frustration would be gone, at least for me. But anyway, skipped this part and almost every fight seems very diffucult. Before this map i thought i am very good H3 player (Finished most of Valery maps, Wayfarer, With Little help Way Home, Unleashing the Bloodthirsty and many wog maps) but this map seems to be to much for me :)

Once the player got middle game, if a fight too tricky he will ask for a solution, without getting on his nerves as if first day.
With 10 rusts at least we had work around, but with 20 we must find the full house tactic, and I swear is NOT EASY :)

Gave up after a few days. I am aware maps as xiedu can be completed if enough patience, but chinese ideas that harder a map is, better the map, is not shared in all earth locations :)
I still keep as reference Unleashing the Bloodthirsty, To kill for power and Vengeance is mine, where all ingredients are magically mixed.
But player tastes are like anus: everyone has one :)

Seemingly you have some wrong ideas about Chinese players
Not all Chinese players enjoy hardest maps and only certain extremely highly-skilled do
But almost every Chinese player hate pathfinding ( hidden objects especially ) , both skilled and unskilled
Most love maps of suitable difficulty for themselves
Average Chinese game skill us slightly higher than those of foreigners, so you may have the false impression that we Chinese love very hard maps, but truth is that no one like maps impossible for him/her

First battle is imposible for me. 20 rusts dragon + 180 imps vs 1 crystal 5 snapshooters. I can blind them and later hypnotise imps to block , but my towers deal 70 dam per round. + ice bolt 150. After 20 rounds i cant do nothing cause out of mana. Can someone make a pic or something for me ? This is annyoing..

It seems that He is unlocking the way of frifix. I beated him before he took the keymasters tent and frifix just stays there... Was I supposed to beat him in the town?
I just saw that the crashing event is giving Logistics and I think I cannot pass without it the magic garnisons at 95, 117,0. Am I right? Is this so curcial or I can go by without it?
Battles so far were excellent. I am still surviving but think that I should start over with a fixed version.

It's true that it is crucial to have logistics on Ein Freund - what you can do is starting the game with HD Mod, then it will work (some bug which I didn't know of), that should work for now.
It's also true that you should kill "Der gruene H." sometime after you unleashed him...so just wait one day before starting the bloody fight ;)
All of these bugs should be fixed in the new version, but I'd rather wait a bit with updating for if people find other things I didn't :I

Looks like map was tested with HD mod, as this display problem was fixed in. If you want to get past that event, you need HD mod, with vanilla will not work.

I don't know for sure, Baratorch did not fix broken code in HD, just allow bigger width of the message box, thus I think it is only a matter of space, not bonuses nature. Both bonuses work in HD mod, but did not test much the crash reason/.

I don't think you should change anything for this battle. I used hypnotize spell and it worked (whether Valery believes it or not) and it was quite a personal satisfaction to find solution of my own. In fact, if I have some critics about the map is that it it is a little bit too strict to follow. You should give more options for the plyaers that could lead them to victory even in their own way.
I am about month 4 now. Did't play for a while but when I left the map it was because a nusty guy named Rusty was released and he destroyed everything on his way causing some bugs and the map couldn't run properly. I replayed several times, tried not to conquer the Necromancer city - but even then he is released. The last thing I did was to capture the Fortress at 1, 107, 58. It was quite a battle, but my game blocked because of this Rusty, which was quite frustrating.
Hope that soon you may discuss more battles in the games than the first one :)

Considering that it took me about 1 week to find the imps blind thing (ok, didn't play every day, no time but still), I believe it should be considered as valid option, going for "only one solution" battle makes maps unfriendly and rather impossible to complete.

It is psychological issue: if player sees 10 rusts he tries a few times to see if there is a way. If he sees 20, he will simply think the battle must be lost (because the previous one) and will not move. As the result was very close with blind/hypnotize, I knew there was a way, probably different but still.

Actually I was able to get the Familiars to block the gate without Hypnotize. Attack catapult with Crystal Dragons, then Familiars attack Dragons so that they end up on the same "row" as the gate. Then when Dragons run back in the Familiars will go up and block the gate. So ban Hypnotize no problem. You might want to include a message that Sir Lock must be defeated though.

enter the town,
move hero inside, do you really know what I mean by "inside"? The garrison teal flag
move him out
and let him to walk to Hill Fort
let him come back to town, simply stay at the gate(the outer of town)
that's OK
(so seen from map, inside means you cannot see a hero, but outside means you can see a hero standing at the town gate)
and he will show up in tavern

1) To fight this fight properly (and to wipe out turret solution (which was not wanted) please download the map again, it should be fixed.

3) "Transform" ; means freeing one hero in jail, having to sacrifice the old one :P
4) How would you do? Mr. Fat is set to only be recruitable by Player1...please enlighten me :)

On first version with 10 rusts, I hypnotized once the imps, then blinded them all battle while they block. Then magic arrow + turrets.
If the second version has 20 rusts (downloading now) then you need the "full house" strategy. Funny name:)

Solution to the Sir Lock fight is found in "Best & Worst Spells" Thread in hc, and the 2 Blackshards are found in the pandora box under the garrison of cavalry.
Doppelbert however always goes for water in my games...?
I didn't know about the tavern thing, but I just tried, and he didn't show up as recruitable hero, not in week 1, not in week 2...could you explain it to me some more? :)

Really amazing battle this one, the Fire Magic skill is really a blind point(thus an Expert exists, why bother using one Basic?)
Ring of conjuring is also carefully designed
Some suggestions:
1, add some constructions like Fountain of fortune and resouce silo and blacksmith,( also maybe creature generators?) ---- to increase arrow tower damage
2, give Titans instead of sharpshooters --- I always encounter the Catapult destroy one wall within 3 strikes(catapult and turrets act first) or even 2 strikes and are very frustrated ---- bad luck
but titans can guarantee to destroy catapult within two rounds
