I cannot defaeat the garnizon with demons 3200 demons and pit lords in reasonable time, have to wait until my army gets bigger and then it's too late, even if I manage to get 3 castles in the beginning of the second week

Elves - Screamroom
1. You can gather XP and try to use wait+charge at grand elf, don't attack him, just block and defend, I managed to win like that once
2. move down so that you can reach lower stack of wood elves, then wait => attack => go back => wait => attack... and so on
