A long time ago lived eight friends together in harmonie and freedem in a fertile country. Over the last one hundred jears the friends distanced themselves from each other and went their one way. The friends became foreigners. They realized soon that they can not live longer together peacefully, because of mistrust and afraid of each other. They agree that there is in future only one place in this country for one hero.

The landscape is very well designed and nearly as good as the official maps. Fights again neutral creatures are challenging. The adventure objects are well distributed.
We saw 3 possible improvements :
1- bugs mentionned by other players : some stairs are not passable because of impossible fight again creature on the other side.
2- there are no shipyard on the shores from the central in surface ; this means no one should be able to sail on it. But the sanctuary heroes & armies can sail without ship, so they can cross this sea. Maybe there should be impassable tiles in the sea (or on the shores) to prevent sanctuary heroes from sailing.
3- this map is so large and rich in fights that the main heroes reach level 30 long before the end ; after reaching level 30, fun decreases because all remaining fights are useless.
Author: Ewigan (Germany), 21-10-2012 20:05 it looked good, but then.... The map looks sooo beautiful, and we had lots of fun at first. when we finally started to advance everything was fine, until we were able to start fighting with the other players.
the stairs really are broken, you couldn't get up or down if there were stacks at one point.
this isn't my main problem though: the map was unfinishable, cause a green hero got stuck on his "bridge". so he was unkillable, and didn't die AT ALL. after some weeks of waiting, we stopped playing :(

Cons: Way too slow, even for epic power gamers like me. The map creator really needs to make harbors on the surface level to get some early/mid game buzz. Sanctuary heroes have an enormous advantage, it's not even funny, for they can actually rush to some degree and don't have to bother with the stairs to reach their opponents.
I was level 30 for a long time before I even saw a hero I could reach. Granted, I had enlightenment and Fastest leveling speed, medium starting stack size, fastest neutral growth speed, but still, completely boring after a few hours of play on these settings.
If you want to enjoy this map more, make sure you have normal leveling speed, small creature stacks, and slow neutral growth. Otherwise you will reach level 30 before you hit a hero, and the stacks will be so massive that they will not try to flee from your level 30 power hero, forcing you to GRIND through them to get the treasures. If you had two cities off the bat, you could probably keep up enough units to force more flee attempts, but you only have one city, so the stacks quickly become ridiculous.
I'm not trying to be overly critical, I know how much work you put towards this. It has amazing potential, I just think there needs to be the harbors on the surface level, and that you should recommend map settings to people.
Author: Mourny (Denmark), 23-09-2012 00:14 Excellent map! What can I say, best map i've playing since heroes 3. So much work put into it, gj man pure 10 from me. I have one issue with it though. It seems like the AI, except for Sanctuary really dont do much. They dont seem to go through the underground, and since its the only way to get around, they end up doing nothing. Adding a shipyard at the starting beach of each player would solve the issue I think, maybe to compensate, buff the phoenix pack abit so you cant get in too easy.
Again gj, ill dl one of your other maps now, keep'em coming! :)

Or maybe set the grafic details to minimum?
The Map is pretts Big so ist can be hard to load for a weak Pc.

But my Sister and me testes this map nearly 10 times, on every position and there were no problems with the stairs.
It is designed that way, that the Monsters, which protect the stairs guards the "owner", they belong to the Player of the starting area, so only they can pass, all others have to fight the stairguards.
And to ur Problem that the other Players dont move, uhm never saw that at our games, they always went in the underground and we fight them there.
I think its a problem of ur game/computer, maybe u play on easy or so on.
