Answer - SPQR
My friend, this is not the first time I have had to regret my level of knowledge of the English language.
There are tips/instructions included with the map itself. I could translate them using Google Translate, but I cannot guarantee that the translation will be accurate.

Basic tips for the map - SPQR
Of the secondary skills for the main character, I chose (Attack, Defense, Shooting, Intelligence, Earth and Water magic. We also take only experience from treasure chests.
1) Try to capture {Mediolanum} (Rampart 82,44) as soon as possible.
Creatures from this castle will sometimes serve as bargaining chips in your battles, with the exception of elf archers (it is advisable to hire them in the outer dwelling, a little higher from the city, but this is only for the battle with {Pyrrhus}).
2) I advise you not to disdain recruiting creatures from external dwellings, especially in the first months; this is not essential, but it can slightly reduce the complexity of some battles. But I repeat that this plays a role only in the first months of the game.
3) It is advisable to quickly drive away the level 4 guard monster from the territory of the peninsula so that one of your heroes can collect resources along the coast.
4) The closest, easily accessible artifacts are two bags of gold and two carts with ore and wood, either “viewing the land” or “map information” will help you find out their location.
5) In the other two Castles, municipalities should be built first, then knights, griffins and a citadel. At the time of the landing of {Pyrrhus}, one hero who was in {Croton} (Castle 115,107) must force a march with all possible recruits (whom another hero from {Tarrent} (Castle 133,93) will give him along the way) hurries to the Roman capital republics.
6) In {Rome} itself (Castle 102.70), at the 4th level of the magicians' guild, the hero will have access to “restoration”, and he will be able to learn the spell “prayer” in {Mediolanum} (Rampart 82.44). Advanced earth magic, or even better, expert earth magic, is vital by the time of {Pyrrhus's invasion}.
7) After defeating {Pyrrhus}, we capture {Sardinia} (Castle 73.96) (additional Castle) and land on the island of {Island Sicily} to drive away the {Carthaginians} from there (Cyclops Tunic and Ogre Shield). {Syracuse} (Dungeon 104,124) also should not remain independent (artifacts).
8) After this, you won’t be bored, since {Hannibal is at the gate}. Try to intercept the reinforcements that his brothers, {Hasdrubal} are bringing him from Spain through the Alps and {Magon} by sea (he’s really stupid, apparently he doesn’t want to help his brother).
During the war with Carthage, Rome may be disturbed by the King of Macedon {Philip V} (but not much).
9) This advice may seem rather primitive to you, but {try to deal with all problems as they arise} (this is especially true for the confrontation with Carthage), if you try to somehow avoid their solution, I have provided measures after which “{ ROME MUST BE DESTROYED}” (I hope there are people who understand what I mean).
After all, {Hannibal} and {Spartacus} are those historical figures whom I have admired since childhood, thanks to my love of history (which is why on this map I paid more attention to them than to other commanders).
10) After you have properly established logistics and navigation between cities, to better supply your legions.
Solve the problem of {Hannibal} being in Italy, then feel free to move the war front to enemy territory - Spain ({Saguntus} will be very glad to see you, although historically, all the inhabitants were slaughtered and sold into slavery), and then one of the last chapters in confrontation between {ROME and CARTHAGE} - {Battle of Zama} (in short, land on the northern coast of Africa, and that’s all).
11) Now, you have to conquer the Illyrian coast ({Kingdom of Epirus}), the expanses of {Macedonia} and win over to loyalty {Greek city-states} that have not yet managed to do so.
But don’t rush to relax, there are still internal upheavals ahead of you in the republic itself...
