Found the way! - War of the 7 realms
I've found the way is kill Xixixiixxi (killed 7000 Phoenix using Force Field, 1800 Zealot and MUST have 2 Phoenix - get Firebird on a island and upgrade it, because it have max speed to prevent you can cast Force Field, and Disrupting Ray it to defense = 0).
Kill Xixixiixxi and I get the Arms of Legion (combine Statue of Legion) to go to the desert.
I use SoD (HoMM3 HD Plugin) for advoid creature appear each month bug.

Optimally you should end up with around 200SS after the fight. You're probably fine though it's just that future battles are gonna take longer.

Well for the hero switch it's easy. Leon is actually Gelu but I have switched the portraits. For the special objects and changing object appearances I used a WOG editor that allows me to do stuff like that. And as long as all objects are from the base game the map will be playable without any mod.

4, going north from swampland - I don't know where dragon wing tabard is
5, going south, but I don't have statue of legion
6, killing the element masters, but I don't have either of the anti-magic atrifacts
I've conquered the castles, ramparts and fortresses, and one inferno. the rest of the map is blocked behind white / brown / dark blue gates. took a peek at the map in the editor; seems like the keymaster's tents are not in my reach.
any idea? :/

Unstucking yourself. - War of the 7 realms
Hey after taking the inferno town in the west with Leon what you need to do is go in the boat and meet with Astral. Astral needs to give his armies and artefacts to Leon and then be killed. Then Leon needs to go to the small island with the one way portal in the middle of the great central see. Use the artefact Astral gave you to open the quest gate. Good luck!

I did that, but that's a dead end.
There's a brown border gate, to which I don't have the key, and two quest guards. One requires Master Water to be killed, but he's behind the other quest guard, which wants the anti-magic artifacts.

Yes this is a bug in the game. This bug actually works with any map that you cant play as red. It also works with the base SOD game as well. I didnt know about it before.

You have to use fast creatures like pegasi or arcangles to block his liches shots. Make sure he has his liches in one stack and not two or more. Then a good use of forcefield will give you the win. Good luck!

Author: Barbuta (Bulgaria), 18-10-2019 16:40 Fight - War of the 7 realms Well after you blind them and kill all of his trash units you can slow his phenixes and speed up your sharpshooters and some other unit that is slower than the SS. That way on your turn you can shoot with the SS and then blind him again on the other speed up unit before he can move. Combine that with ammo cart and optionaly disrupting ray and the fight is yours. Good luck!

There is also a phenix dwelling on one of the islands that you can get a phenix yourself in order to have the first move. Good luck!

Wow month 34! Now that's dedication! I see you went with Queen Sarna instead of Leon as your main. The battle is possible to win but with some losses. But you have to equip the armor of the dammed first. Why? Because the slow effect from it lowers the phoenixes speed to 11. Than kill all of the trash units. Than what you do is use disrupting ray to lower his defense a bunch of times. Than haste sharpshooters (speed raised to 12) and enchanters (speed raised to 12). Than you can begin shooting with sharpshooters and blinding on enchanters turn. His speed is too slow to move after he is shot.
In my previous comment I assumed you went with Leon as main hero because he has much better skills. If that were the case you could use slow to drop his speed to 11 since Leon has Expert Earth. But with Queen Sarna you drop his speed to 15-16. Good luck!
How do you blind them? The only Orb of Vulnerability until now is behind him next to East Pomorie. And based on your picture, how do get all those Archangels? I cant get back to the Castles on the right hand side as the only way is blocked by him.
And arent Angelena supposed to do anything in this game. For me she is just stuck in Purgatory.

Yes The Orb of Vulnerability is behind him next to East Pomorie and you have to outsmart him to get him out of your way and on this picture he is on month 30 but the game is meant to be around 11 to 12 months. So he basically farmed a lot which you don't have to.

Well if the RNJesus is fucking with you than you can try playing a different version of the game. Like for example with the HD mod and ticking or unticking the HD+ option or HOTA or with the SOD_SP plugin for hd mod because you have a few option that you can change for RNG. If that doesnt help you than I guess you have no choice but to cheat for the fight. You wouldnt get a score at the end but arleast you will be able to finish the map.

--Map Guide--
Important: Play on 200% difficulty!!!
-Ways to Play-
1.Homm3 SoD or Homm3 Complete (from GOG.com)
2.Homm3 SoD + HD mod with HD+ option turned off (it changes terrain and may make the map unbeatable)
3.Homm3 SoD + HD mod with HD+ on + SOD_SP plugin for HD mod (best option for single player imo)
-General Help-
Make saves often.
Make sure to have none or close to none losses on each fight. Especially when it comes to the sharpshooters and arcangels.
Map is not strict about time so don't worry about that but in the first mounth the faster you progress the easier it is. Only the very last fight might become harder the longer you wait.
You can always just wait and get more units if you can't beat a certain fight. Although waiting is not necessary.
Use view air to find hidden artefacts.
There are tips on the map. You just have to find them.
-Hero build-
For Astral it is important to get expert earth before the fight in Ragnar. You can still win without it but it makes th fight much easier.
Also Intelligence is good to have the rest you can go with whatever you get.
For Leon you need to get ballistics and water magic or the map might be unbeatable.
The other 2 skills should be earth magic for mass slow and intelligence for spell points.
You can swap intelligence for some other skill but I really don't recommend not taking the other 3 skills.
