Author: garak (London), 01-03-2012 16:34 Race To open gate in Brown land and get to DarkBlue keymaster tent you have to collect three artifacts (Pendant of death /win race then town portal/, Pendant of second sight /in jungle guarded by hydras/, pendant of free will /monks have it near gate).
To Floyd: You must be quicker because enemies get stronger. I finished game in 7 months.
My Aragorn has tactics (I didn't chose to give him second skill Fire magic) so I can win with three ranged units (sharpshooters 5k, enchanters 3k, titans 0.5k) and 4x1 fast units Archangels to make 'live shield' to them. Maybe is better to make Armor of damned than Angelic Alliance because then you got two shoots instead one, before his units get close

Author: GvC (Serbia), 01-03-2012 01:28 @ standa ..yup, stack experience is present, but that comes with the map, i also play it pure SoD ( how is recommended )..so i can't turn on or off events / variabilities defined by mapmaker - vallex..i'm playing heroes since 2001, but situations like this....sad to waste time, even the map is great.

Then there is another one later in the end,so possibly use cheat and fly for it. Still Im not sure if the orb beats creature immunities (level one, earth immunity etc.).

Author: GvC (Serbia), 01-03-2012 00:35 @ standa ...thnx, but no chance even with that; my heroes dont have force field, my haste is ok, but witchking's ghost dragons attack is unstoppable, and after it there is no time to combine spells like expert berserk ( expert slow won't affect ghost dragons & hydras ), even frenzy wont help cause when the "frenzied" shooter turn comes, it's too late to win the battle...thnx again...didn't expected such unequality of the battle at the "near ending" of the game..witchking is unnecessarily strong, though, or it's a bug in my case, even i play it "clean", unwogyfied..

he doesnt have haste. My main hero Gandalf handles every difficult fight with frenzy on sharpshooters or enchanters. Cast slow, blind, use few stacks like 1 archangel to attract his attention, but generally frenzy is the killer. The problem could be if te witchking with random skills gets water magic (mass cure or dispel). Hope this helps.
Author: GvC (Serbia), 29-02-2012 20:45 @ vallex, or someone that knows the trick.. there is NO WAY i can defeat witchking 3; i've tried with aragorn( full army with leaches, or just undeads, angelic alliance...), with gandalf ( the same ) , a lot of combinations of all kinds with all possible magics, autocombat or not, tons of saves but NO WAY...any hint? thnx..it will be sad to stop playing the game now..

Author: garak (London), 28-02-2012 16:44 some answers To Lemnaru: Open gate near town Erebor (west from Erebor). Let Smaug open next gate. Then you open gate and get Orb of vulnerability. Then killing smaug is easy.
To Poles, to Bennie: After you give 9999 liches to open gate and conquest castle town (Anfalas) go west with Admiral Hat and Summon boat. Go to sirenes (in fact it is monolith two-way) collect 2 Harpies, open gate, land near Behemoths, kill Behemoths, go to Monolith two-way, kill Ancient Behemoths, visit red tend....Free Faramir, boat race...Dark blue tent is faked at sea, but real is behind dragon clifs.

Try one more time, make sure that there's no boat around, put Legolas/Aragorn next to the Dale, close to water, wear all possible artifacts to improve movement, make sure that he's movement is fully loaded, put boots of levitation and mark the tent.
